Return and Exchange Policy:
AdvikaFashionStudio aims to ensure customer satisfaction with a flexible exchange policy.
- Return/Exchange Window: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can initiate a exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refund: We provide exchange only so we do not provide refund.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.
- Process: Contact our customer support team with your order details and parcel opening video to initiate a return or exchange. They will guide you through the process and provide necessary instructions.
- Criteria: AdvikaFashionStudio reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the products do not meet the above criteria.
- Size Exchange: If you received the wrong product or it’s unfit to your size, you can exchange your size of product within 48 hours of delivery.
- Condition: Return products in the same condition as shipped. No exchange will be provided for used or washed products.
- Courier Delivery: We will provide the pickup services for exchange orders.
- Defective/Incorrect Products: Report any defective or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery by providing pictures and videos.
- No Double Exchanges/Refunds: Once an exchange has been completed and delivered, no further actions such as double exchanges or refunds will be applicable to that order.
- Customer Support: Contact our customer support team for any issues. Queries will be resolved between 10 AM and 6 PM.
